I had the distinct pleasure of buying a truck here last week. I realize the word pleasure is not often associated with car dealers, especially used car dealers, yet my use of the word was intentional, and for one specific reason. We bought a car from Kendall Toyota recently. Our car was totaled in a wreck that wasn't our fault. My husband hurt his neck and I had just had surgery on my foot. We weren't looking to buy but when we came in, Ron was the salesman who helped us purchase our new used car. Great service, some pressure but that's normal for any dealership. One thing I noticed was that the service department did not connect the emergency brake cable after they replaced the rear brake drums when they did the vehicle inspection. I noticed the cable hanging the day after I've purchased the truck. I was a little annoyed by the oversight from their service department. My salesman Jacob Hunter did a great job in answering my questions, greatly appreciate him.

Tonnie Dorsey was straight forward, professional, and even had the car washed before I left. Bloodstone, the paper guy, was fast and friendly. I left feeling completely satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely be back.
